A lot of parents who want their kids to grow up with an appreciation for great design, but that doesn't make them any less disappointed that this minimal metal tube rocking horse is designed and sized specifically for the smaller set. Because most grownups would love to take it for a Created by Rotterdam-based design shop Blooey, the Hobbel is made from just a handful of steel tubes that have been bent into the beautiful curves that allow this piece of playful modern art to tilt back and forth with a pint-sized cowboy or cowgirl on board. It sadly doesn't seem like anyone's on board to put it into production just yet, but if someone out there realizes its potential, hopefully they'll make a full-size version, too.
