There are certain video games that offer players an absurd amount of freedom to create whatever they want, but for some reason we just keep coming back to calculators. First there was the fully functional calculator made in LittleBigPlanet on the PlayStation 3, and now this — a 16-year old from the UK has put together a working scientific / graphing calculator in Minecraft. It certainly doesn't look like one at first glance, though. The massive, complex structure spans five million cubic meters of intricately placed blocks. In fact, it's so large that you actually have to walk around to step on the buttons and flick switches.
